My other camera could not look at the sun because there will be a purple strike of light glaring down the screen and some other cameras see a black dot when looking at the sun but this new camera i want has videos of time lapse’s and the sun is right in the screen without messing the picture up or the camera. WHY?

ok, so i could just be being paranoid but my roommate set up a wireless video receiver in our house but he won’t tell me what it is for. im assuming it is for wireless surveillance cameras and i think he might be using them to spy on me. as to why he would spy on me is my business. but anyway, is there a way to tell what the receiver is for without him finding out?

Finally, is it better to record onto a hard drive/memory card or a minidv tape? Which one is easier to transfer to the computer? How can I get the best quality when recording onto the camera’s hard drive/memory card? Anything else I should know about the two?

Basically, I want to use multiple cameras to record a church service, all connected to my Mac, and control it from here.
It’s going to be a very low budget film.
I’ve heard of Premiere Pro, and have used a little bit of it.
But any other ideas?
How to connect the cameras to each other, if possible how to connect the church sound system?
