Cell phones are allowed on White House tours but cameras are not. What about cell phones with cameras?

I have a White House tour coming up, and I’d like to bring my iPhone since I never go anywhere without it. The White House tour info says that cell phones are allowed and cameras are not, but it doesn’t say anything about camera phones. Anyone know what the rule is here?

How many cameras can you take on plane/in luggage?

I have 3 cameras and my sister has one. we are probably sharing a suitcase on vacation, so I was wondering, how many cameras are you allowed to have in luggage? And if I cant take all 3 in one suitcase, can you put them in someone else’s suitcase? I am taking one camera on the plane and my DSi.

And also (idk if this means anything), we are flying on Spirit Airlines.
